Visits and tastings
Welcome to Marchesi Alfieri!
In this section, you can book your visit and tasting experience. The itinerary starts from the park of the Castle to reach the Baroque Orangery, passing through the fermentation and aging cellars as well as the historic barrel cellar.
At the end, our staff will be delighted to accompany you through a tasting of the winery’s most representative wines. Choose from two different experiences according to your preference.
Each tasting experience includes a selection of Marchesi Alfieri wines and has a specific duration. Our staff will always remain at your disposal and guide you throughout the entire experience. Choose your experience: be part of a centuries-old history of elegance.
ALFIERI SELECTION
This tasting is our personal introduction to the world of Marchesi Alfieri. A surprising journey to discover the potential of our territory through the abundance of the vines cultivated. Alfieri Selection is the gateway to our classic wines, offering a fascinating panorama that features our Metodo Classico 100% Pinot Nero, the elegant Terre Alfieri Nebbiolo and the different nuances of Barbera d’Asti, the pride of our production.

ALFIERI HERITAGE
The great vintages of Barbera d’Asti reveal their evolutionary potential in this tasting dedicated to those who want to explore the elegance of Marchesi Alfieri wines across time. It features a fascinating selection of our winemaker to delve into the great vintages of the past, including a limited-edition label exclusively reserved for friends who visit us at the winery: Carlo Alfieri Barbera d’Asti DOCG Superiore, the highest expression of Marchesi Alfieri’s vinification of Barbera d’Asti.
