Monferrato Rosso
A blended wine of Barbera and Pinot Noir grapes.
Intense ruby red in colour with a vinous and
fruity bouquet. The notes of cherry and red fruit
from the Barbera meld harmoniously
with the wild berry and spice aromas of the Pinot
Noir.
On the palate one notices a certain softness and
a distinct perception of fruit.
A well-structured wine that can be drunk young
or left to develop in the bottle for 4-5 years.Goes
well with a wide assortment of foods, from cold
cuts and pasta dishes to red meats and medium-aged
cheeses.
